Concept :

Niku TATSU is elegant private style yakiniku restaurant where diners can enjoy A5 grade Omi beef, which is very rare — only 5,000 cattle raised each year — and is considered to be the pinnacle of Japanese beef, Kobe beef and Matsusaka beef. Omi beef is the oldest of the three major Japanese beef brands with a history of 400 years.

Omi cattle are raised on traditional feed grown in the rich natural soil and water surrounding Lake Biwa and the Suzuka Mountains, resulting in beef characterized by fine marbling, delicate muscles and fragrant meat.

Key Points :

Nihonbashi is a district where tradition and modernity seamlessly blend. The Nihonbashi branch is on the 3rd floor of YUITO, directly connected to Mitsukoshimae station — home to Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi, Japan’s oldest department store. The direct indoor access ensures comfort regardless of the weather, making it an ideal location for business lunches and client meetings. Frequently visited by professionals from foreign companies and the financial sector, this branch offers a refined setting with beautiful city views. Enjoying Japanese-style yakiniku in an elegant private room with sweeping views of Tokyo creates a truly unforgettable dining experience.

Recommended Dishes :

NikuTATSU, where you can enjoy premium Omi beef delivered directly from Shiga Prefecture, has four locations in Tokyo: Aoyama, Ginza, Shibuya and Nihonbashi. Each offers a variety of dining experiences, including Omi beef yakiniku, exquisite meat sushi and carefully curated course meals. Lunch starts from ¥2,970 and dinner courses start at ¥8,250 (courses and prices may vary between locations). All-you-can-drink options are available and à la carte service is offered upon request. All locations feature private rooms, making NikuTATSU a suitable choice for everything from formal business entertainment to relaxed family meals.
