Concept :

Niku TATSU is elegant private style yakiniku restaurant where diners can enjoy A5 grade Omi beef, which is very rare — only 5,000 cattle raised each year — and is considered to be the pinnacle of Japanese beef, Kobe beef and Matsusaka beef. Omi beef is the oldest of the three major Japanese beef brands with a history of 400 years.

Omi cattle are raised on traditional feed grown in the rich natural soil and water surrounding Lake Biwa and the Suzuka Mountains, resulting in beef characterized by fine marbling, delicate muscles and fragrant meat.

Key Points :

The Ginza branch is located on the 15th floor of a building just a minute’s walk from Ginza Station, near the famous Ginza 4-chome crossing. Its central location makes it ideal for both shopping and sightseeing. Open from lunch through dinner every day, the restaurant is a popular destination for birthday celebrations, anniversaries and welcomes guests from around the world. The spacious private rooms also accommodate large luggage, offering convenience for travelers.
