Concept :Neboke is a well-established Japanese restaurant with a history dating back 100 years, offers Tosa (Kochi, Shikoku) cuisine at its five branches in Tokyo. Tosa cuisine is a variation of traditional Japanese food, created using top-quality ingredients found in the ocean and mountains of the Kochi region. Specializing in Tosa wagyu and the finest seafood from Tosa, Neboke uses only carefully selected fresh fish delivered daily straight from the port. The restaurants are decorated in a traditional Japanese style and have an authentic mood of classic Japan. Neboke’s signature dish is seared bonito Tosa style; similar to ahi tuna for￥1,200. They use only bonito caught in an ecologically friendly way through line fishing. Another favorite is the sawachi plate (4,000/person, minimum two people), a large platter with a variety of beautifully presented delicious items. The sawachi course includes the platter and the signature bonito from 6,500, while the Tosa wagyu shabu-shabu course is 7,500 and the seasonal kaiseki course starts at 5,500. The lunch menu is available from 1,200. Neboko has an extensive drink menu, including sake, shochu, liqueur, wine and more. All Neboke branches have private rooms available with table seating, sunken kotatsu seating or Japanese zashiki-style seating.
