Concept :

Asada serves Kaga-style Japanese cuisine from the Kanazawa region that is based on nearly 150 years of tradition. Asada has five locations: Akasaka, Aoyama, Nihonbashi and Otamchi in Tokyo, also in Nagoya. The owners of Asada are so devoted to their goal of providing nothing but the finest cuisine available that only the best seasonal ingredients are used in preparation of each dish, with the chef insisting on using only water, seafood, vegetables and buckwheat flour that has come from Kanazawa.

Key Points :

Peerless hospitality is provided to ensure guests leave feeling as if they have experienced something that is out of this world. Nagoya Asada has 8 private rooms including Japanese tatami style, sunken kotatsu seating and table seating for two to 100 people. The table seating is available for private parties up to 30 people. Counter seats are also available.

Recommended Dishes :

Worth special mention, through, are the Lunch Kaiseki course (¥5,000~) and the Dinner Kaiseki course (¥13,000~).
