Concept :

Asada serves Kaga-style Japanese cuisine from the Kanazawa region that is based on nearly 160 years of tradition. Asada has five locations: Akasaka, Aoyama, Nihonbashi and Otamchi in Tokyo, also in Nagoya. The owners of Asada are so devoted to their goal of providing nothing but the finest cuisine available that only the best seasonal ingredients are used in preparation of each dish, with the chef insisting on using only water, seafood, vegetables and buckwheat flour that has come from Kanazawa.

Key Points :

Nagoya Asada is located on the twelfth floor of the JR Central Towers, directly above Nagoya station. While easily accessible, the interior space is detached from the bustle of the city, with a quaint, traditional townhouse feel. Seasonal flowers adorn the tokonoma alcoves in the private tatami rooms, creating a lively and tranquil environment. We hope you enjoy our dishes using ingredients from Kanazawa and the local Nagoya area, with a touch of grace from Akasaka.
