The restaurant’s chefs prepare a variety of dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients that include seasonal delicacies such as bamboo shoots in the spring, conger eel and sweet fish in the summer, matsutake mushrooms in the fall and puffer fish in winter. Complete with tender and succulent wagyu steak, the Tsuki course is highly recommended and a favorite among regular customers.
