Concept :

In April, 2019, “Kobe Beef Steak Ishida,” a popular restaurant in Sannomiya, Kobe, the home of Kobe beef, opened its first directly managed restaurant in Tokyo in Ginza 7-chome. As the restaurant is operated by meat wholesalers who have been handling the ultimate Kobe beef carefully selected from contracted farms for over 30 years, it boasts a large selection and outstanding freshness that other restaurants cannot offer. (A restaurant of the same name in Ginza Six is not a directly managed shop).

Key Points :

From the restaurant, finished in a modern Japanese-style interior, diners can enjoy night views of Tokyo. All seats are counter seats to allow diners to enjoy the chef's teppanyaki performance right in front of their eyes. There are two private rooms for 4 people or more, where the exclusive private chef will cook for guests, that are perfect for business meetings, special gatherings and other occasions.

Recommended Dishes :

For dinner courses, they offer a selection of 3 kinds of beef in various cuts and sizes such as sirloin, which offers the juicy and soft texture of marbled meat, the succulent and flavorful Chateaubriand, which boasts the real taste of meat, fillet and more. They offer a variety of courses according to budget and occasion. Courses include the Premium Kobe beef course with 8 items (Chateaubriand: ¥23,100 ~, sirloin: ¥20,680 ~), Kobe beef course with 8 items (filet: ¥19,580 ~, sirloin: ¥17,380 ~) and Premium Black Wagyu beef course with 8 items (Rump: ¥8,580 ~, Fillet: ¥14,080 ~, Sirloin: ¥12,100 ~). They also have an extensive wine list to allow diners to enjoy parings with selected wines from around the world. Other recommendations besides Kobe beef include fresh seasonal seafood directly purchased from the Toyosu fish market. They offer scallops from Hokkaido, domestic fresh black abalone, Ise lobster cooked teppanyaki-style to bring out the full flavors of the seafood. For lunch, the Black Wagyu Steak lunch course with 7 items (¥4,378~) and Kobe Beef Steak Lunch course with 7 items (¥8,250~) are available to enjoy Teppanyaki at reasonable prices. Diners shouldn’t miss the lunchtime-limited 100% Kobe beef hamburg steak course with 7 items (220g: ¥3,630) as well.
