Concept :

Kazahana which means “flowers blown in the wind,” is a modern interpretation of a traditional Japanese cellar that is divided into three separate areas: Kaiseki, Sushi, and Teppanyaki. While each space is unique in its own right, the heart of the restaurant is the semi-open kitchen featuring a handful of wall holes through which guests can watch Kazahana’s chefs in action. Where better to start your Japanese tasting safari than with the delicacies served in the Kaiseki section. With tables commanding a sublime view over Hamarikyu Garden and the Tokyo Bay through floor to ceiling windows, some say the magical panorama is nourishment enough. Alternately, try the Sushi station, an area dominated by a distinctive white counter, and separated from the Kaiseki area by a glass partition laced with painted flowers wafting prettily in the wind. Buried deep in the restaurant is the Teppan-yaki quarter featuring two Teppans with nine bench seats and prime view over Tokyo Bay. Alternately, guests may choose to book one of the three private dining rooms with Japanese tatami mats that seat six to 10 people respectively. Lunch: 3,500~. Dinner: 14,000~. A la carte items are also available, including assorted Sushi (8,000).
