Iberico Bar Mon-naka specializes in Iberian pork dishes directly imported from producers. The Iberian pigs are raised in northwest Spain through the world's only vast natural forests of oak and cork oak, and are raised on a diet of acorns, mushrooms and herbs, giving them an almond-like aroma. It can be appreciated baked on an iron plate, as shabu-shabu or enjoyed prepared in any number of cooking methods. While the first floor is a stylish bar made for tasting wine and enjoying tapas, the second floor accommodates groups for pleasant gatherings.
