Chef Armand Arnal began at a Michelin-starred Paris eatery before moving to New York to work with Alain Ducasse before returning to France to start his own restaurant. In 2009, he was awarded a Michelin star and has maintained it ever since. Arnal prides himself on flavorful French dishes centering on fresh, seasonal vegetables prepared with as little oil as possible. His beautiful and colorful dishes are a delight to the eye as well as the palate.Recommended Dishes :
