Concept :

It has been called such things as the “Smithsonian of Rock” but one thing this place has never been called is boring. The Hard Rock Cafe in Roppongi is one of Tokyo’s most popular destinations, not only for those hungry for excitement and great American food, but also a destination for rock stars who happen to be in the neighborhood.

Key Points :

Rock and roll music floats through the air, and the walls are adorned with rock and roll memorabilia. Guitars and clothing are only some of the items that grace the walls of the HRC; some of the items are from such artists as Michael Jackson, The Rolling Stones and Green Day, to name but a few. HRC offers a weekly special lunch for JPY1,000. Merchandise shop, Rock Shop, is located right in front of restaurant. T-shirts and collectible pins are hot commodities at the Rock Shop. The Rock Shop offers fine quality T-shirts in hot styles designed by cool artists.

Recommended Dishes :

Offering customers a heavy dose of home-cooked American food in American-sized portions, the HRC blends a high degree of excitement with their broadly appealing menu. On the menu are American favorites such as hamburgers, sandwiches, steaks, BBQ, salads and desserts. The HRC's reputation for high quality, hearty food and outstanding service is the prime reason for its popular appeal. And then there's the atmosphere.
