As the chef is also the grand master of the Japanese Teppanyaki Association, a qualified sommelier and holds a sake diploma, there is no doubt that Ginmeisui Ginza is perfect for enjoying delicious Kobe beef paired with carefully selected wine and sake.
Key Points :The restaurant interior is finished in contemporary Japanese with nods to Mount Fuji here and there. There are 3 different teppanyaki iron grill counters that allow diners to take in the chef’s skilled preparation while enjoying a casual chat. In addition to the wonderful taste, guests will be lost in amazing scents and sights as the dishes are presented. The restaurant occupies the 8th and 10th floors. There are private rooms, as well as one big spacious room that can accommodate up to 24 guests; perfect for business meetings and celebrations.
Recommended Dishes :Ginmeisui Ginza offers their highly recommended Tsubaki course (¥18,000) with a menu that changes monthly, featuring a selection of fresh, high-quality seasonal delicacies. Their courses also allows diners to substitute the main meat entree for Kobe beef for an additional ¥5,000. The restaurant also offers a la carte selections such as wagyu steak, foie gras and seafood. Three private rooms can seat four to 10 guests and are ideal for meetings or celebrations.
