Located in the dynamic new second-floor TSUNOHAZU dining space of the Hilton Tokyo in Shinjuku, the DYNASTY restaurant is working to stick to its roots and maintain its heritage as one of Tokyo’s premier Chinese eateries. Reopened on October 31, 2014, after a complete renovation, DYNASTY fully embraces the hotel’s innovative open-concept design while providing delicious and authentic Chinese cuisine. With an impressive oven built specifically for Peking duck, DYNASTY is able to offer guests the finest Chinese cuisine in a dynamic and exciting environment. As part of the redesign, the kitchen is completely enclosed in glass, giving diners a firsthand look at the bustle of activity in the kitchen. The restaurant incorporates several styles into its decor and boasts five private rooms. DYNASTY offers both lunch and dinner courses as well as a la carte selections. Recommendations include the Beijing duck (7,000 for half, 13,000 for whole) and a selection of seasonal chef’s recommended course menus. Additionally, there is a wide variety of Chinese wines, rice wines, liqeurs, spirits and tea available to perfectly finish the meal.
