Concept :

Tucked away from the busy shopping mecca of Ginza, Chura-Saien offers a unique chance to experience a blend of Korean and Okinawa cuisine. Featuring different kinds of Okinawan pork, with pineapple pork being a favorite, wagyu beef and a variety of the freshest vegetables.

Key Points :

Tastefully decorated and finished in earthy tones, the restaurant features both private rooms and semi-private spaces where diners can enjoy cooking the delectable cuts of meat. A unique feature of Chura- Saien is a seasonal buffet of leafy vegetables to wrap the morsels in. Going beyond simple lettuce, they offer sesame leaves, wasabi leaves, Swiss chard and more from their farm in Nagano and other locales around Japan. Guests are welcome to take their fill from the coolers and add savory and spice sauces that are created in-house. For a one-of-a-kind fusion of Korean and Okinawan cuisine, Chura-Saien is a must- try restaurant.

Recommended Dishes :

Recommendations include cheese da galbi (marinated chicken and vegetables topped with cheese), homemade kimchi, pork cheese buchimage and consomme reimen. The restaurant offers a wide selection of reasonably priced beverages to complement the food, including 3 kinds of Korean rice wine, Champagne, beer and wine.
