Concept :

In France, there has long been a custom of drinking a few glasses of Champagne in a cafe before a meal, called apero. In Japan, there is no such custom of simply having “a few glasses before the meal.” However, champagne J. opens just a little earlier for this reason, providing a space to enjoy a glass or two of Champagne with the setting sun. The space itself was originally designed by the architect owner and is intentionally designed to be perfectly lit so that patrons can enjoy the refined atmosphere and the clarity of the Champagne. The beige stone tiles and wood create a warm, calm atmosphere where you can feel as if you were in your friend’s living room.
