Concept :

Trends come and go, but champagne always seems to hold its own when it comes to celebrating that special occasion in style. Tokyo is experiencing something of a champagne renaissance at present, and more and more establishments are adding the world-renowned bubbly to their menus. Champagne Bar goes one better and offers an exquisite selection of champagne in an atmosphere that oozes class. Its interior is reminiscent of a standing bar located in a theater bar somewhere in New York, and one almost expects Manhattan-based celebrities and their ilk to make the odd appearance from the rear. The kitchen’s One-plate Lunch (1,700), which is available between 11:30am and 2:30pm on weekdays, is extremely popular during the week and attracts women from all walks of life to enjoy the midday meal as they once did in days gone by. In the evening, more than 12 varieties of champagne can be ordered by the glass (2,079~), while an array of bottles (11,781~) and champagne cocktails (1,732~) are also available. Turning to the food, highlights include Fried Potato & Onion Ring (1,386) and Grissini (1,155), which is served with two mouthwatering cheese dips. One thing’s for sure, this place is sure to go straight to your head.
