Styled after a Yokohama warehouse, the elegant interior of L’ATELIER 1959 reflects its status as one of the city’s finest restaurants, while remaining intimate and warm. If diners call in advance, the restaurant also offers a sourcing service allowing guests to toast with a favored vintage to mark the occasion. Recommended Dishes :Courses range from ¥7,980 to ¥14,980 and offer some of the best steak and seafood out there. With a fully stocked wine cellar, the chef, who is also a sommelier, is always available to recommend his best, by the glass (¥890) or bottle (¥4,980). Recommended is the chef’s special, of the highest-quality, USDA aged Black Angus T-bone steak.
