The ingredients found at “L’atelier 1959” are sourced from around the world and reflect some of the best meat and seafood on offer. Courses range from ¥7,980 to ¥14,980 and offer some of the best steak and seafood out there. With a fully stocked wine cellar, the chef, who is also a sommelier, is always available to recommend his best, by the glass (¥830~) or bottle (¥3,980~). Recommended is the chef’s special, of the highest-quality, USDA aged Black Angus T-bone steak.-
