Boasting 40 seats, all in fully private rooms, make it the ideal place for business meetings, parties or family gatherings. Their beef professionals backed by over 50 years of experience in the meat industry and a discerning eye for quality, select the freshest A5 ranked meat. Their direct-to-table supply route from wholesalers in Kagoshima Prefecture ensures access to the best. They also supply their own vegetables from their private Kyoto farm.

Recommended Dishes :

Recommendations include the farm salad (780 yen) and their original beef tongue terrine (680 yen). For courses, the 3,800 yen "Special Grade Extreme Red Meat," a 6,500 yen "A5 Wagyu Premium Course," and a 8,000 yen "Beef Professional Course" are available. The latter includes a cheese sampler and yakisuki (meat eaten sukiyaki style). Over 30 carefully selected wines are offered, along with cheeses chosen by the chairman of Japan's cheese association. Also recommended is the prize-winning Chateau Myoko sake for 5,800 yen.
