Opened in 2019, Beef Dining Nikuisa is a Japanese restaurant that specializes in premium Japanese wagyu beef. Following the request of their most loyal customers in their other secret restaurant, named Fukuisa, the owners decided to open a new restaurant offering the best of Japanese wagyu beef in a stylish and private dining setting. This is the perfect setting for customers who love high-grade Japanese beef, seafood and fresh seasonal ingredients.Key Points :
Beef Dining Nikuisa is the only restaurant in Tokyo that gets okigyu a premium A5-grade beef from Okinoshima, in Shimane Prefecture that is delivered to only 3 other restaurants in Japan.The restaurant also serves female heifer meat, which is known to be one of the tastiest meats. The manager and the owner are fluent English speakers and tremendously friendly. Diners will receive a personalized experience, while savoring an exquisite dinner with the best quality meat Japan has to offer.
Upon request the course menu can be tailored to taste with ingredients of diners’ choice (request must be made 3 days prior to dining)
There are 2 private rooms for 4 and 6 people that can be combined into a 10 person space.
Beef Dining Nikuisa has an open kitchen and 6 seats are available at the counter to see the chefs working their magic. Reservations are required and it is possible to reserve the entire restaurant (minimum 10 people).

Premium beef that is arranged with the tastiest local ingredients.The food is carefully paired with the best Japanese and French wines, while premium sake, whisky and shochu are also available.
3 course menus are available from ¥12,000 to ¥25,000 with an assortment of 10 dishes including the tastiest cuts of beef.
