Balancing the taste, texture, appearance and colors of the dishes, diners will be delighted to find that they not only enjoy what they eat, but they will also enjoy what they see. Deviating from the traditional approach to presentation, the Bar Espanol PICAR also introduced some interesting twists to some of their tapas dishes partnered with well-known established butchers, who carefully handpick their Iberico ham from across Spain. The menu changes from time to time, depending on the season. As the name "PICAR" means "to pinch,” in. addition to standard tapas and pintxos, they also serve paella and other dishes in small pots. Make sure not to miss out on their Iberico pork and shrimp paella set for lunch (¥1,500) and classic calamari (¥500) and sautéed octopus and mashed potatoes (¥900) for dinner.
