Concept :

Asada serves Kaga-style Japanese cuisine from the Kanazawa region that is based on nearly 160 years of tradition. Asada has five locations: Akasaka, Aoyama, Nihonbashi and Otamchi in Tokyo, also in Nagoya. The owners of Asada are so devoted to their goal of providing nothing but the finest cuisine available that only the best seasonal ingredients are used in preparation of each dish, with the chef insisting on using only water, seafood, vegetables and buckwheat flour that has come from Kanazawa.

Key Points :

The interior of Aoyama Asada was designed by Takashi Imazato, a leader in modern sukiya-style architecture, and lets guests forget the bustle of the city. The tatami-floored hallway and rooms adorned with seasonal flowers and contemporary art yield a dignified elegance. We’ve also prepared a modern room type that meets the needs of the times. Here, a serene air and relaxing space embrace you.

Number of private rooms: 9
Japanese style private rooms (sunken kotatsu seats): 4 rooms
Private rooms (table seats): 4 rooms (shoes permitted, wheelchair-friendly)
Counter seating / 5 seats (also available for use as a private room)
