Concept :

Building on his unique experience as the only Japanese chef on board the Orient Express, Managing Chef George Somura is pleased to welcome guests to his French restaurant, A ta gueule Orient Express. The restaurant is housed in a replica of the famous train that ran through Europe and South East Asia. As you ascend the steps and walk down the platform, you are invited to dine in either the “station” or inside the “carriage.” All seats are non-smoking and two private rooms for up to four or five people are available, while the main dining area can seat up to 35. A ta gueule Orient Express offers diners authentic French cuisine with each dish infused with the essence and influence of each country on the legendary train’s route. Several courses are available, with dinner courses for around 5,500, and lunch courses from around 1,700. On Saturdays and holidays, the restaurant offers three special courses, priced from 3,500, 4,200 and 5,800. The courses include game, including duck, quail venison and others, depending on the season. For the best dinner you’ll ever have on a “train,” sit back, relax and enjoy the ride on the Japanese Orient Express.
