Concept :
Terres de Truffes specializes in exquisite French and Japanese truffle dishes. First opened in Nice, France in 2002, Paris in 2003 and Tokyo in 2008, Terres de Truffes features plenty of the highest-quality truffles from Europe and Australia in all their dishes, from appetizer to dessert. Fresh truffles are offered during harvest season, and off-season truffles have been flash-frozen to retain their flavor and delicate nuances. Terres de Truffes is finished with modern brown ash furniture, allowing customers are able to fully experience and enjoy delicious truffle dishes in an inviting and relaxed space. Diners can enjoy terrace, table or counter seating, which offers a view of the lively kitchen. Reminiscent of cozy living rooms, three private rooms are also available. Terres de Truffes offers both a la carte and chef’s courses (lunch: 4,800~, dinner: 15,000~). Recommendations include such French staples as beef tenderloin with foie gras with roasted potatoes, original Japanese dishes, and takeout truffles available. Terres de Truffes has more than 50 sparkling wines and offers wine courses to perfectly complement the dishes. Diners are welcome to bring their own bottles for a 2,000 corkage fee.
