コンセプト :OHKI offers diners a chance to experience premium Yonezawa beef dishes. Yonezawa beef from the Yonezawa region of Yamagata Prefecture is known as one of the three major Japanese wagyu beef brands along with Matsusaka and Kobe. As a restaurant operated by a meat wholesaler established in 1923 in Yamagata, they only serve the highest-quality Yonezawa beef which is carefully selected under the practiced eye of the president.
キーポイント :The restaurant offers a wide range of alcohol beverages, including around 15 kinds of sake from Yamagata and wines that perfectly pair with the meat. Table seats and two private rooms that accommodate up to 8 guests are available. The room charge for private rooms are for 2 to 4 people is ¥3,000 and for 5 to 8 people is ¥5,000. The restaurant has a sister branch on B1F of Tokyo station.
お勧め料理 :They offer guests lunch sets (sukiyaki: ¥5,000~; shabu-shabu: ¥5,500~) and dinner courses (sukiyaki: ¥8,000~; shabu-shabu: ¥8,500~) that allow them to enjoy melt-in-the-mouth textures and delicious flavors. Seared Yonezawa beef otoro (fatty meat) sushi (2 pieces/¥1,400) is a must-try. Besides the course menus, they offer traditional Yamagata cuisine, as well as a la carte dishes prepared with Yonezawa beef. (*Tax not included)
