The restaurant boasts massive wood-fired ovens that are located in the center of the main dining room in full view of the guests. Trader Vic's juicy and succulent spareribs slowly smoked in these ovens have gained the reputation of being the best in town! On Sundays and national holidays, Trader Vic's offers a copious Holiday Brunch Buffet that runs from 11:30am to 2:30pm for ¥6,000 per person. (Price varies for special events.) This includes a buffet style meal with free-flowing sparkling wine.
