The owner who has trained at a teppanyaki restaurant for many years prepares dishes bringing out their best flavor with a focus on meat and vegetable ripeness. They use highest-quality of A5 wagyu beef aged for a month, ensuring guests will enjoy the meat’s mild flavor. Besides buying from the Toyosu fish market, they sometimes serve seafood sourced directly from fishermen in Izu Suruga Bay, making for a rare treat in Tokyo.

They offer 3 omakase courses (¥6,000, ¥8,000 and ¥10,000) allowing guests to taste several different dishes. The interior is finished with warm wood, creating a homey atmosphere. There are teppanyaki iron grill counter seats for up to 8 people where diners can watch the chef’s refined skills just in front of them.
