コンセプト :SHARI the Tokyo Sushi Bar, takes a western idea and applies it to modern Japanese tastes. SHARI takes its tradition very seriously while maintaining the classic sushi restaurant style. Behind the scenes you can catch a glimpse of the chef creating the restaurant’s delicacies. SHARI’s famous sushi rolls are offered with a wide variety of original, carefully selected toppings. The chef’s favored ingredients include avocado, mango, fresh raw seafood, grilled conger eel and more. Vegetarians can rest assured, there are a wide variety of options to appeal to those that don’t eat meat or fish. Sushi rolls might be the specialty, but there are over one hundread kinds of Japanese dishes to suit any palate. An English menu and English-speaking staff are available to ensure non-Japanese speakers can make the most of their rolling experience. Look out for the lunch menu – a filling introduction to SHARI’s delights, starting from just 1,000. Recommended dishes include over thirty kinds of sushi rolls, which start at 700. Dinner courses start from 5,000, and lunch set menus from 900. The restaurant has seven semi-private rooms for two to 10 people. Private parties can be arranged for a minimum of 40 people, a maximum of 70 can fit in the restaurant seated, while 120 can fit in standing up.
