お勧め料理 :The house specialty is an elaborate charcoal-grilled block meat steak that is cooked to perfection on kishu binchotan charcoal made from Ubame oak. Highly recommended is the charcoal-grilled Kumamoto “Hanano beef” fillet steak (¥6,800/100g). Additionally, the charcoal-grilled Japanese wagyu beef steak course (¥10,000) that includes 8 dishes is among the most popular courses. Spicy chicken (¥800), which was created to go well with Champagne, is also a must-try item.
