Chef Armand Arnal began his career at a Michelin-starred Paris eatery before moving to NY to work with Alain Ducasse before returning to France to start his own restaurant. He received a Michelin star in 2009 and has retained it ever since. His creations are delicious, delicate and beautiful combinations of French cuisine accented with Japanese ingredients.
