Chef Armand Arnal began his career at a Michelin-starred Paris eatery before moving to NY to work with Alain Ducasse before returning to France to start his own restaurant. They are open for breakfast and brunch with a buffet starting at 2,800 yen, with eggs prepared as omelets or cocotte. A wide selection of wines and champagne are available, including their original lavel La Bella's white or rose.
