コンセプト :Entering the restaurant guests will immediately be transported back 400 years to the Edo Period as the space is reminiscent of a traditional sushi stand from that time. The space is decorated with Edo-style furniture, including screens, ukiyoe and sake casks. Tiered box table seats, much like seating in a Kabuki theater, surround a large sushi counter that is more stage than kitchen, with the talented chefs the stars of the show.
キーポイント :An array of wooden boxes contain the fresh ingredients needed for creating traditional and contemporary dishes. Diners are invited to choose the ingredients that they want and can also pick the cooking and preparation method, whether it be served as sushi, sashimi, grilled or steamed. The restaurant also provides free kimono for guests to wear while they eat, further adding to the feeling of being in the Edo Period.
お勧め料理 :The Edo Tower (¥3,980) seasonal sashimi assortment, the dynamic and unique Rainbow Sushi (¥2,980), topped with crab, ikura, tuna and sea urchin, and the amazing Ikura Sushi Fisherman’s Style (¥2,980) are must-try photogenic items that guests cannot resist capturing. In addition to seafood, there is Wagyu Steak Sushi topped with sea urchin (¥780).
