コンセプト :Located on the 8th floor of a building on Ginza Chuo-dori street, Ginza MARUSHICHI is a Japanese restaurant which serves fresh and high-quality seafood from Ofunato, Iwate Prefecture. After the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011, the restaurant was established to introduce people in Tokyo and tourists to Ofunato, one of the affected areas.
キーポイント :As the area is famous for seafood, such as wakame seaweed in spring, sea urchin in summer, saury fish in fall, and oysters and abalone in winter, MARUSHICHI offers dishes prepared with seasonal seafood and ingredients from all over Japan. They are careful not to use additives, use selected seasonings and believe that gentle seasoning endures even if eaten many times.
お勧め料理 :The most popular dish are the assorted sashimi plates (3 kinds: ¥3,500, 5 kinds: ¥5,500) and the must-try Sea Urchin Rice Bowl (¥7,800). Their set menus, which include sashimi, main (choice from 3), rice, miso soup and more are also highly recommended. They offer course menus (¥5,000-¥15,000) and an all-you- can-drink option (Reservations required one day in advance).
