Even among A5-ranked beef, this restaurant is the only place that can consistently deliver such exquisite, well-balanced meat. Fresh organic vegetables are selected by renowned vegetable sommelier, KAORU; the perfect pairing for the health-conscious diner. Private rooms for up to 18 people are available, as is a hall that can accommodate up to 34 people.
お勧め料理 :The Kuroushi Steak and Abalone course (¥20,000) is among the most popular courses, as is the Kuroushi Steak and Poiret of Lobster course (¥15,000). Requiring reservations, the fresh Ise Shrimp with Sauce Américaine course (¥30,000) is another crowd favorite. The à la carte menu includes Kuroushi roast beef (Reservations necessary ¥27,500~/300g) and the Kuroushi beef stew (¥4,800).
