A sake sommelier ensures guests have the best sake to go with the delicious food.
キーポイント :The softly lit sophisticated space offers counter seating for those who want to chat with the chefs, as well as four private rooms that can accommodate two to 20 people that are perfect for dates, business meetings and other gatherings.
お勧め料理 :Recommendations include assorted sashimi brought directly from Kyushu (¥3,800 for two), fresh basashi (¥1,200), Kumamoto favorite karashi renkon (mustard-stuffed lotus root, ¥900), sea urchin croquette (¥500/two pieces) and various dishes using Annou pork. Annou pork is top-quality pork raised on Annou sweet potatoes that is only available in Tokyo at Azabu Amishiro. The Amishiro (11 dishes for ¥9,800) and Juban (10 dishes for ¥7,800) courses are an excellent way to sample a variety of dishes made with the best seasonal ingredients. From 10pm until 3am the space can be used as a sake bar.
