Yonezawa beef from the Yonezawa region of Yamagata Prefecture is known as one of the three major Japanese wagyu beef brands along with Matsusaka and Kobe. As a restaurant operated by a meat wholesaler established in 1923 in Yamagata, they only serve the highest-quality Yonezawa beef which is carefully selected under the practiced eye of the president.Key Points :
The restaurant offers a wide range of alcohol beverages, including around 15 kinds of sake from Yamagata and wines that perfectly pair with the meat. Table seats and two private rooms that accommodate up to 8 guests are available. The room charge for private rooms are for 2 to 4 people is ¥3,000 and for 5 to 8 people is ¥5,000.
