Concept :

YASAIYA teppanyaki keeps things simple, delicious and healthy. All of the produce comes direct from the company’s own farm or other select farms in Japan, chosen by the restaurant’s vegetable sommeliers in the best season. Fish tanks at all locations ensure the freshest possible seafood and the meat is raised in Japan and held to the highest quality standards. The food is grilled to perfection with minimal seasoning, allowing diners to savor the natural flavors of each item. To complete the meal, YASAIYA’s sommeliers have carefully chosen wines to go with the food.

Key Points :

YASAIYA has three convenient locations that allow diners to feel at home in the heart of Tokyo. Counter seats and tables are ideal for most occasions, while the Akasaka and Roppongi outlets have private rooms for up to six people for a more intimate experience. All locations offer a relaxed atmosphere with décor that matches the food in being simple and flavorful.

Recommended Dishes :

The vegetables, meats and seafood are offered in five set courses ranging from the ¥6,000 original course to the ¥15,800 special course. The restaurant is also happy to offer a vegan-friendly option that includes a tofu hamburg steak or a huge succulent mushroom.
