Hidden away in the residential Shirokane district and surrounded by a bamboo fence and lush greenery is Washoku Daisuke. Also known as Wami Daisuke, this restaurant prides itself as being a place where special guests can enjoy a one-of-a-kind dining experience.

The restaurant is finished in a modern Japanese design with the emphasis on wood creating a relaxing and calm mood with kotatsu and counter seating. Additionally, private rooms offer a tranquil respite with each being unique while carrying on the overall theme of the restaurant. Before opening the restaurant in 2010, the chef trained at top restaurants in Kyoto and Tokyo, honing his skills to create dishes that showcase his passion for Japanese food.

Recommended Dishes :

Various courses are available (¥5,800~¥7,800) and feature the freshest seafood that is carefully selected daily and expertly prepared. Other items included in the courses are tempura, fresh vegetables, rice and dessert. In addition to the delicious seafood, Washoku Daisuke prides itself on its selection of more than 30 varieties of sake from across Japan that pair perfectly with the food.
