Concept :
Treat all ingredients whether local or international with a global perspective. This is Chef Togo’s motto for his restaurant and means that Togo only uses carefully selected ingredients not only from Japan, but from around the world. Conveniently located under Motoazabu Hills in Azabu Juban, the restaurant is a unique twist on a modern Japanese setting with Western influences, which combines a sun roof and artificial lighting to provide a relaxing, zen-like ambiance. The restaurant makes their own soba and at lunch time, those seated at the counter can see the soba being made. Togo’s also has a private room available for eight people and a party room for up to 24 people. Recommended dishes include the Chef’s Course for 13,000 yen, Main Meat Course for 12,000 yen, Fish Course for 10,500 yen and a light course where five small dishes are presented for 6,000 yen. The restaurant also has small Dutch Ovens, which feature a different dish each month. Togo’s features a wide variety of wine, sake, liquor and soft drinks to go with your meal. Togo’s is an excellent option for a refreshing twist on modern Japanese cuisine.- Address:
