Concept :The newly opened TEXMEX FACTORY brings authentic Texas-style Mexican food to Tokyo in a dynamic and trendy setting. To create the perfect space, TEXMEX FACTORY hired the chief designer of California Komuten, ROCK Iwakiri, who has done work for LOFT, Chateau Mercian and others to design the space. Using primary colors, he created an atmosphere that evokes the excitement he felt when first visiting the U.S. while maintaining the authenticity of the Tex-Mex experience.
Key Points :Music has been carefully selected to complete the hip and chic ambiance. Diners have a variety of seating options, including counter seating where they can enjoy a cold cervesa such as Corona, Tecate, or one of several Mexican craft beers, as well as 100% pure agave tequila cocktails prepared in front of them with a custom-made "cycle cocktail shaker," private seating in the "Pink Room" and table seating.
Recommended Dishes :Menu recommendations include a wide variety of burritos, tacos and fajitas to share, table-side tequila flambe, Texas Pizza (¥880), TEXMEX salad (¥880), chimichanga (¥880), stuffed jalapenos (¥480), or the triple combo fajita (¥2,980). Dessert options include the "ridiculous chocolate cake" with ice cream (¥980) or the crispy donut sandwich (¥680). For authentic Tex-Mex in Tokyo, TEXMEX FACTORY is the place. 4 minutes from Shibuya station.
