Concept :

Rose Bakery was created by Rose Carrarini and her husband Jean Charles in Paris in 2002. The idea behind the bakery is to serve simple, natural and delicious food using fresh vegetables and grains. The cooks and bakers are careful not to mask the natural flavors of the ingredients and despite the name, Rose Bakery is really more of a cafe? and restaurant, which serves dishes and desserts created by Rose. The eatery has gained popularity among gourmands in Paris and London and, in addition to the five branches in Tokyo, there are outlets in Seoul, Hong Kong and New York. All seats in the airy and sedate shops are non-smoking and guests will feel at ease sampling any of the delicious dishes. Rose’s signature dish is a vegetable plate with five salads made with a variety of grains, herbs and spices (1,550). Popular menu items include the carrot cake (580) with a balanced flavor highlighted by spices, crispy walnuts and a cream cheese icing, and daily scones using French fermerted butter Lescure (260- 360). The Ginza branch also offers catering and Rose’s book of more than 100 recipes is a best seller that has been published in French, English, German and Japanese. For a delicious treat, try Rose Baker for a taste garnering worldwide praise.
