Concept :In a quiet neighborhood surrounded by old temples and Buddha, travelers will find a traditional 160-year-old house, which has retained the charm of ancient times, transformed into a unique place to stay in Kamakura. Whether enjoying a luxurious stay in the house or not, all guests can enjoy the unique culinary experience at their Restaurant Cocon. Executed by the chef Masayuki Okuda, master of the natural Italian cuisine, all courses features beef and fish aged directly in the restaurant, Kamakura vegetables and fresh seafood from Sagami Bay.
Key Points :While the Italian genre is predominant, the chef has been inspired by various cuisines such as French, Japanese and even kanpo (traditional medicinal food) to create his own genre and unique dishes that will entertain all five senses. Guests can enjoy small private conversations while enjoying their dishes at their own pace in an intimate and friendly atmosphere thanks to the counter seats that surround the open kitchen.
Recommended Dishes :Diners can discover the beautiful arrangements decorated with seasonal ingredients with two different menus for lunch (¥5,000 and ¥8,500) and dinner (¥8,000 and ¥12,000).
