Concept :

Founded in 2019 in Kita-Shinchi, a well-known high-end entertainment district in Osaka, Petite Caresse is a restaurant specializing in steak, French cuisine and Champagne. Head chef Kosuke Mizumoto trained at many restaurants in France for 5 years, including Michelin- starred establishments.

Key Points :

After 9 pm, guests can enjoy the restaurant as a Champagne bar as they offer various Champagnes made by small producers. The sommelier can recommend perfectly paired Champagnes from an extensive list to accompany diners’ dishes. People are invited to enjoy the warm hospitality and delicious food in a relaxing atmosphere. As the restaurant has counter seats and one private room furnished with couches, Petite Caresse is ideal for friendly gatherings and dates, as well as business dinners.

Recommended Dishes :

The house specialty is an elaborate charcoal-grilled block meat steak that is cooked to perfection on kishu binchotan charcoal made from Ubame oak. Highly recommended is the charcoal-grilled Kumamoto “Hanano beef” fillet steak (¥6,800/100g). Additionally, the charcoal-grilled Japanese wagyu beef steak course (¥10,000) that includes 8 dishes is among the most popular courses. Spicy chicken (¥800), which was created to go well with Champagne, is also a must-try item.
