One Garden was created with the intention of serving as your personal garden of peace and tranquility in the middle of Shibuya. The key feature of this Organic Japanese restaurant is their use of carefully selected top quality seasonal ingredients direct from the farm or market in pursuit of an authentic taste. They also use fish collagen to benefit the health of their customers. A great way to try collagen for the first time is via One Garden’s delicious Kagoshima black pork & organic lettuce shabu-shabu (2,600 per person). Using only freshly picked quality ingredients, the menu is based on four main staples: black pork, home grown chicken, organic vegetables, and seasonal fresh seafood. One Garden also offers 30 kinds of Shochu, 10 kinds of Nihonshu, and 30 kinds of wine to go with your meal. We can also recommend the One Garden style bouillabaisse 2,800, made with organic tomato and fish collagen. The Lunch menu ranges from 1,000-2,500, and the Dinner Courses range from 6,300-8,900. The restaurant’s main private room seats 4-10 people (a great space for business meetings or celebrations), also available is a cozy 2-person private room perfectly suited for romantic couples.
