UPSTAIRS' cuisine is produced by Ryuta Iizuka, the owner-chef of the two-Michelin-starred "Restaurant Ryuzu." Iizuka serves up high-quality, authentic French course menus in addition to reasonably priced a la carte fare. A sampler course includes appetizer, main dish and dessert for JPY4,110, while the a la carte menu starts from JPY510.Recommended Dishes :
UPSTAIR' specialty is the Tarte Flambe, a French take on pizza from Alsace in Northern France, baked with a thick soured cream, from JPY1,540.
