Concept :
Marisqueria SoL is a little piece of Spain specializing in delicious seafood dishes. SoL runs Spanish bars in Ningyocho and Tsukiji that are well-known and applauded by those seeking an authentic Spanish atmoshphere. Marisqueria SoL is their newest offering, opening in June 2013. With counter and table seating, a modern and stylish black interior, accented with antiques and art from Spain, the restaurant is welcoming while evoking a Mediterranean atmosphere. Carefully selecting the freshest seafood and using the best seasonal ingredients, the chef prepares Spanish delicacies from simple, traditional dishes found in port towns to modern, more elaborate items. With a wine cellar stocked with more than 100 Spanish wines, including a light sparkling wine from the Basque region and a sparkling Cava from the Catalonia region, they have the drink to perfectly match the food. Tapas items start at 400, seafood dishes begin at 600 and courses start from 3,500. Their dishes are a delicious and pleasing to the eye. All-you-can-drink party menus are available from 5,000. Whether you have a small group or require the whole restaurant, they can make your special occasion as memorable as a trip to the Spanish shore.
