Concept :

Founded by a former 3-star Michelin restaurant’s sommelier and named after the idea of enjoying music and wine, Le Clavier Arisugawa stands alone in their marriages of Tsumami and alcohol, as well as aroma, color and sound. Le Clavier is French for keyboard and is an homage to the Bechstein M180 piano near the counter.
