Concept :

At the Neo Bistro restaurant Le Beurre Noisette Tokyo, diners can fully enjoy in a casual setting authentic fine French cuisine and tastes of their main branch, which was founded by chef Thierry Blanqui in Paris in 2001. Thierry’s cuisine is highly praised by diners all over the world.

Key Points :

Made with fresh seasonal ingredients, Thierry creates menus to suit the season; lobster in the spring, sea bass in the summer, game in the fall and duck and truffles in the winter. Le Beurre Noisette is careful not to mask the natural flavors of the ingredients, preparing them in simply in the most-suitable ways. The restaurant changes the menu daily, offering seasonal dishes with an a la carte menu featuring six appetizers, five mains and six desserts.

Recommended Dishes :

The must-try item is the signature tourte feuillettee de canard et foie gras for JPY2,900. Le Beurre Noisette also offers course menus, with prix fixe menus for JPY3,500 for lunch and JPY5,200 for diner and the chef's recommended full course for JPY4,200 for lunch and JPY5,900 for dinner. A casual weekday lunch is available JPY2,900. There is a semi-private room for up to 15 people that is perfect for parties.
