Every month their chefs provide monthly special dishes using freshest seasonal ingredients. Thus, start with white and try a plate of delicious handmade Zaru Tofu (¥1,500) made by Kawashimaya, a renowned 200-year-old tofu shop in Saga. Later, finish your meal in similar fashion with Ishigama-daki rice (¥1,000 for two people), a renowned strain of rice from Niigata that is boiled in a stone cauldron. Dinner course menus are available from ¥4,000.
