Concept :HAL Yamashita Otemachi Lounge is a modern Japanese style lounge created by chef Haruyuki (Hal) Yamashita, who honed his skills in many countries while developing his own “New Japanese Fusion” cooking style, expanding the essence of the ingredients.
Key Points :Diners can enjoy his “New Japanese Fusion” cuisine either a la carte or in courses in a stylish dining space under the concept of “making a brilliant daily life.” The signature dish is melt-in-the-mouth rolled Kobe beef filled with sea urchin that has been popular since the restaurant’s opening. After a bite, diners become addicted to Yamashita’s nabe and shabu-shabu, infused with his original essence.
Recommended Dishes :Course menus range from ¥6,800 to ¥12,000. Sushi can also be served at the counter seats upon request (reservation only). Lunch is available until 4:30pm for busy office workers, offering a healthy roast beef rice bowl (¥1,380), a carbohydrate-free, low-GI lunch (¥1,690) and wagyu beef sukiyaki with mushrooms and seasonal vegetables (¥1,980). In addition to the relaxing main dining lounge, counter seats facing the lively open kitchen and a private room is also available.
