Concept :

GRAHM’S CAFE Los Angeles is a lively American diner boasting high ceilings, an open kitchen and terraced seating in the heart of Tokyo. The restaurant is the brainchild of Hide Yamamoto, the first executive chef of the Mandarin Oriental Tokyo who cooked for U.S. presidents Reagan, Clinton and Bush; and the owner of Compartes Chocolatier Jonathan Grahm, whose signature truffles are loved by such A-listers as the Beckhams, Nicole Kidman and others.

Key Points :

Over 100 different wines and a plethora of appetizers, mains and desserts make GRAHM’S a favorite for people looking for a delicious lunch or a place to unwind after a hard day’s work.

Recommended Dishes :

Recommendations include the Maryland-style baked crab cakes with a fruit tartar sauce (¥1,600), rib-eye steak (300g: ¥4,500, 500g: ¥6,900) and 100% wagyu beef cheeseburger (¥1,500). Be sure to finish off the meal with strawberry shortcake (¥1,000) or fondant chocolate (¥1,400). Course menus are available from ¥4,200 and they can accommodate vegetarian requests.
