Concept :

DC BBQ, a few steps from exit 2 of Azabu station is the first smoked BBQ specialist in Japan.

Key Points :

Flanking the stairs leading to the entrance are stacks of hardwood, hinting at DC BBQ's main attraction, a custom-made hardwood-heated BBQ pit nicknamed "Zoe I." Enclosed in it's own room, Zoe I, the longest in the world at four meters, is used to slowly cook beef, chicken and pork for up to 12 hours, creating exquisitely tender, flavorful and smoky meats.

Recommended Dishes :

The atmosphere is welcoming and the attentive staff are likely to recommend starting with the Buffalo wings with homemade blue cheese (5p/¥1,050, 10p/¥1,700) or deviled eggs (¥600). The DC BBQ Combo (¥3,300), a 350 g platter of brisket, pork shoulder and belly, as well as barbecued chicken is a well known favorite. Sides range from mac & cheese and mashed potatoes to shepherd's pie (¥500~¥1,200). Cap off the meal with apple crumble pie or a brownie with vanilla ice cream (¥750~¥900). Beer, wines and cocktails are also available, as is a breakfast buffet. For an authentic American BBQ experience in the heart of Tokyo, head to DC BBQ.
