Concept :Born through a renovation of the Hotel New Meguro, CLASKA quickly grew into the first boutique hotel in Tokyo. CLASKA Restaurant “kiokuh” has re-opened with new menus and offers diners refined French cuisine. Chef Hidemitsu Yuzawa, with experience at Michelin-starred restaurants in both France and Japan, created the menus to allow guests to experience French cuisine prepared using Japanese techniques. Carefully selecting the finest seasonal ingredients, Yuzawa strives to use the entire ingredient to create delicate and delicious dishes that please both the palate and the eyes.
